Major Russell Lewis MC, known to many across the industry in his position as Board Director for the NACFB, featured in our first live virtual broker event, hosted by our very own Emma Cox.

A veteran of over 20 years in the Parachute Regiment and winner of the Military Cross for Gallantry in combat, Major Lewis is ideally placed to offer our broker partners some guidance around leading through adversity and making decisions under tough circumstances.

In this hour long session Russ shares some of his combat experiences from Afghanistan, drawing out some relevant themes that we can apply to our current challenging circumstances, including:
