Yes, you can submit large applications of up to and including £25 million for Bridging, Buy-to-Let and Commercial products, but applications over £5million will require a referral to our Underwriting team. Large loan applications will also still need to be reviewed by Group Credit as per our standard procedures.
Yes. Please be aware that you will still need to upload a portfolio schedule on the Core Logic Hub.
Yes, however we are working on this as part of on-going development, so we will still need to make manual amendments in the background once the case has been submitted.
Yes, if a property does not qualify for an automated valuation or you choose not to use the automated valuation returned, you can still instruct a valuation on the Case Tracker page of the Broker Hub.
Yes. Ex-pat cases will refer to an underwriter and are still subject to a rate loading of 0.25%
